I again used my target site, ie my  old school site (www.sskzm.org) and got the following results.

                    Consider using the `dig' or `host' programs instead.  Run nslookup with
                    the `-sil[ent]' option to prevent this message from appearing.

I decided to follow the advice and used "host  www.sskzm.org ". The results were :

www.sskzm.org is an alias for sskzm.org.
sskzm.org has address 216.83.162.27


Comments : No more additional information than what I had got earlier.



I then used "dig www.sskzm.org " and the results were :

Comments : It seems this gives more information. But what it is , I have to figure out.


If a host has multiple addresses, doing the same gave out all the IP addresses it is using.
